"Maple Bridge Experience"&Modernization Of Community-level Social Governance

The third plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee stated:"the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reform is to improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and modernize the country's governance system and capacity." The development of our country has put forward new requirements to our country's governance system.The modernization of national governance system and governance capacity requires the innovation and development of community-level social governance,which is the focus and an important part,to take the lead in realizing modernization.The "maple bridge experience",which was born in Zhuji city of Zhejiang province in 1960s,provides reference and direction.According to China's national conditions,in the governance system,the role and status of community-level social governance is particularly important,which is an important topic that urgently needs to be discussed and studied.Only when community-level social governance can be innovated,developed and improved,the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity can make a qualitative leap.Now in order to fit social development progress and speed,and to perfect the community-level social governance system suitable to China's national conditions,to improve the ability of community-level social governance in our country,to accelerate modernization to realize national governance system and governance ability,the new era "maple bridge experience",which is perfected in the continuous development and owns distinctive character,provides a system of mature way——"the Party leads,relying on the masses,to prevent the dispute,resolving contradictions,maintaining stability and promoting development",this is accord with our national conditions,entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and with the new era's requirement.It responds to the mass line,one of the three souls of Mao Zedong thought,and is an effective practice of the organic unity of the leadership of the Party,the position of the people as masters of the country,and the rule of law."Maple bridge experience" has been explored for more than half a century since its birth,and has gained new development.It is necessary to discuss the relationship between "maple bridge experience" theory's exploration and the community-level social governance modernization,to discuss the "maple bridge experience" theory's enlightment to the community-level social governance modernization.By discussing the contents above,the realization of the national governance system and governance ability modernization and the community-level social governance modernization can be ensured in the process of taking use of "maple bridge experience".In this paper,by using the experience summary method,literature material method,case method and other methods,I use "maple bridge experience" and modernization of community-level social governance as the theme and talk about it.Based on the current demand for national governance system and governance ability of modern era background,from the current our country's status quo requirements and possible problems of community-level social governance,we should adhere to the leadership of the Party and people centered,two core method and ideas,combine the new era "maple bridge experience" theory achievement with the modernization of the national governance system and governance ability and community-level social governance in the modern times.And then we should discuss the relationship between the community-level level social governance modernization and the new era "maple bridge experience" to explore the advantages,stimulating points and measures of the new era "maple bridge experience" in the implementation of grassroots social governance modernization and in the process of serving the people.It is hoped that through the research and discussion of the above contents,this paper can have a deep understanding of how the theoretical achievements of "maple bridge experience" in the new era to guide the modernization of grassroots social governance,and make a beneficial practical contribution to the modernization of community-level social governance.
