Cooperative Governance Of Digital Urban Management Platform In Gusu District

With the development of theurban construction,the problems encountered in urban management are becoming more complex and integrated,and urban management is becoming more cross-sectoral.With the rapid development of Internet information technology,the digital urban management platform emerged as an innovative practice in the field of urban management.Therefore,an in-depth discussion on the collaborative governance of the digital urban management platform is of great significance for improving the cross-department collaboration between government organizations in the field of urban management.Literature research methods,interview methods,and other research methods,combined with urban informatization and information sharing theories,are using to analyze the status,problems,and causes of the collaborative governance of the digital urban management platform in Gusu District.The improvement results from using the Suzhou Digital City Management's annual assessment have been improved year by year.Through research and judgment coordination,the phenomenon of overdue work orders and work order accumulation has been significantly improved.However,there are still a series of outstanding problems in the process of collaborative governance,including:operations of the system are irregular;the lack of linkage between various departments;assessment system of the platform is defective;professionalism of the platform staffis lacking.By further research and analysis,it was found that the reasons lead to the problems in the collaborative governance of the digital urban management platform in Gusu District were multi-faceted,mainly due to defects in system design,operation mechanism,supervision and assessment mechanism.Based on these,targeted countermeasures were made,following suggestions are included:optimizing the construction of the platform collaborative system;improving the cross-department communication mechanism;improving the comprehensive evaluation mechanism for collaborative governance;strengthening the construction of talent teams,etc.The conclusions of this paper are important to strengthen the collaborative governance of digital urban management platform in Gusu District and improve the level of urban management,also it can provide useful reference for the construction and management of digital urban management platform in other regions.
