Recently,with the development of the urban,more and more people gradually live in city.And people's living standards continue improve,we should concern to improve the public service system,facilities and refined management of the city.These have all proposed new urban management work higher requirements.In the past,there were many shortcomings in the management mode of grass-roots government,such as relatively large-scale institutions,unclear rights and responsibilities,relatively management and unclear division of management space.The grid management model become a new tool at this time.Born and promoted rapidly in Beijing,Shanghai and other big cities,becoming the focus of discussion between academics and government departments.From the perspective of grid management of grass-roots government,this paper expounds the problems existing in the grid management of Shuangta stree.For example,the management is not in place,management is more important than service,the construction of grid talent team needs to be improved,and the relevant system is not perfect.This paper analyzes the causes of these problems and draws on the experience of other cities in China.The suggestions include the construction of information system,supervision and assessment system,the improvement of incentive,the improvement of residents' participation,and the cultivation of community autonomy.Finally,the essay discusses the grid management mode of grass-roots government,Shuangta street further improves the grid management system and grid management level,also administrative efficiency of grass-roots government will be improved. |
