Since the political upheaval in the Middle East and North Africa at the end of 2010,many countries have been plunged into civil war and unrest, while Tunisia has achieved basic political stability despite the uncertainty of economic social order.Tunisia is not only a post-modern country, but also within the confines of Islamic culture, where different cultures converge,so the results of the soft landing of its constitution-making process are all the more worth pondering.Starting with the design of Tunisia's constitutional system, this paper explores the historical origin of the reform of Tunisia's political system and the game and compromise of the forces of all parties in the constitutional construction, and at the same time examines.the transitional performance of the political system after the year of 2013,and then analysis the institutional factors in the political transformation of Tunisia. This paper holds the view that Tunisia's path to the constitution not only has a rich institutional legacy, but also the rational action of the rational political elite. In addition,Tunisian single system,semi-presidential,semi-parliamentary system,as well as the multi-party system design present a low-minded democracy and low consensus-type democracy,so it is not only conducive to dealing with the conflicts and contradictions of multicultural countries, but also strengthen the ability of government governance, and thus conducive to domestic political stability.Although the current political situation in Tunisia is relatively stable, but still face the economic downturn, the lack of governance capacity, low level of social stability and other issues,so its future political process still need to be examined by us.
