Research On Improving The Quality Of Party Building In State-owned Enterprises

"Constantly improving the quality of party building"is the latest requirement for our party which is with Xi Jinping as its core in the new era and the inevitable choice for strengthened party.State-owned enterprises have been adhering to the leadership and building of the party and as their owned unique political advantages,to make their own contribution for China's economic and social sustained development,and also become the major force of China's national economy.So state-owned enterprises should actively respond to the requirement of improving the quality of party building in the new era,take high-quality party building work as the guide of all other work,and make state-owned enterprises become world-class enterprises with global competitiveness.Based on this goal,this paper combines theory with practice to study the quality improvement of party building in state-owned enterprises.Through the study of the classic marxist writers' works,especially,the proposed policy about state-owned enterprises' party building of our party and country since the 18th CPC National Congress.Through combining with the party building example of Suzhou international development group co.,LTD.,investing and contracting several other state-owned enterprises'party building work,this paper analyzes the problems in improving the quality of party building in state-owned enterprises and put forward "five focus on"to improve the quality,which is "focus on strengthening political construction","focus on the leader team","focus on the respect for the principal position of party members","focus on building the party building system",and "focus on the integration of articles".
