Research On Kunshan City Grid Governance

The "Decision" of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee emphasized the need to improve the urban and rural grassroots governance system that combines party leadership,autonomy,rule of law,and rule of virtue,and build a new pattern of grassroots social governance.Kunshan City has conducted preliminary explorations in grassroots social governance and achieved some results,but it has started late in community grid governance.Kunshan City has established some mechanisms in grid governance,but there are still some problems and deficiencies.Based on the author's actual grid governance work experience,this article studies the grid governance issues of Kunshan in the research,introduces the general situation and governance status of community grid in Kunshan,and introduces community management efficiency,community security environment,and community cadres.Achievements have been made in areas such as service awareness and the ability of community grassroots work.Then,combined with the questionnaire,it was concluded that the grid team construction and management exposed in Kunshan City's grid governance issues were not in place,the grid governance incentive mechanism was not perfect,the community management work was given priority to the rectification work,and the administrative work was not important.The issue of public participation and a field analysis of the problems exposed.Next,we summarized and analyzed the excellent experience of Suzhou Weitang in gridding governance,combined with the requirements of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee for grassroots mass autonomy,and guided the direction of Kunshan's gridding governance in the future.Finally,it puts forward practical opinions by strengthening the construction of community workers and grid staff teams,establishing a diversified governance system,strengthening residents' self-government guidance,and establishing a sound incentive mechanism.With a view to contribute to the community governance of Kunshan City.
