With the development of science and technology,the use of electricity in the cou ntry is more and more frequent.The case of personal injury caused by high voltage elect ric shock is also increasing.As many laws and regulations have provisions on the proble m of high-voltage electric shock,different problems appear in the application of law in t his kind of cases.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper consists of fo ur chapters:Chapter one: mainly through the analysis of two typical cases,the author introduce s the controversial issues in the practice of compensation for personal injury caused by h igh-voltage electrocution,thus laying a foundation for the following research.Chapter two: this chapter mainly studies the liability of personal injury caused by h igh voltage electric shock.Firstly,the determination of liability principle for personal inj ury caused by high voltage electric shock is analyzed.Secondly,this paper analyzes the identification of liability subject of high voltage electric shock.Thirdly,the defense of li ability for personal injury caused by high voltage electric shock is analyzed.Finally,this paper analyzes the application of joint and several liability for liability of compensation for personal injury caused by high voltage electric shock,and the determination of war ning obligation of the manager of high voltage line or high voltage equipment.Chapter three: the amount of compensation for personal injury caused by electrocut ion.Firstly,the scope and standard of compensation for personal injury caused by high voltage electric shock are studied.Secondly,the compensation for damage caused by hi gh voltage electric shock is analyzed.Chapter four: from the perspective of practical treatment and legislative perfection,the author develops an expanded train of thought on compensation for personal injury c aused by high voltage electric shock,so as to promote the innovation of compensation s ystem for personal injury caused by high voltage electric shock.
