Research On Working Team Poverty Alleviation Work

Since November 2014 both the municipal party committee and the municipal government of Fushun have been organizing Party and the government offices of the city,its districts and counties as well as enterprises and institutions to select cadres that will set up working teams to achieve poverty alleviation covering identified poor villages.This essay discusses H villages of Q counties by describing poverty alleviation activities that will take place at the village level for three years.It analyzes problems and will put forward mitigation efforts.On the basis of effective prioritization of resources and identifying proper responsibilities,the work teams will provide appropriate services and coordinate with other service providers to implement the poverty alleviation policies.This will include "closed loop services" and "continuous services" which they,as "fresh troops",will use to fulfill their responsibilities and meet the demands necessary to reduce poverty.The work teams shall develop help-the-poor work on the stop.To a certain extent,work teams will participate in public policy by providing feedback and providing supervision of the grass-roots Party committees and governments.They will do exploration and pioneering work that will lead to performance improvements at the grass-roots level public service.It is an important supplement as a distinct feature of China's governance tool system for grass-roots social policies.
