The Research On Management Of Officials’ Team Stationed At Village Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Guangxi

Poverty alleviation is an important part of the work of poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics, an important way to increase and support the old revolutionary areas, ethnic regions, border areas and poverty areas, which is also the way to draw close to basic unit, understand the public sentiment, cultivate the officials, change the working style, close the relations between the party and the masses. To increase poverty alleviation working efforts, ensure the completion of the task of poverty alleviation and development, successfully achieve the full construction and well-off society goal, in March 2012, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee’s Organization Department sent 3,000 party members and officials at all levels to poor villages around the district-wide and served as first secretary of the party organization,111 deputy department level officials to poverty county to serve as captain of the poverty alleviation working team. Poverty alleviation working team further expanded, which started the new high tide of poverty alleviation.During the practical work, the development of poverty alleviation showed obviously unbalance situation, such as, imperfect training and assessment system, unguaranteed funds, multi-head management and out-of-order competition. It is particularly important to better play the enthusiasm and initiative of the poverty alleviation working team, better serve for poverty alleviation work, further improve the management of poverty alleviation working team.Based on the team management theory angle, through the case study method and the literature methodology, the paper propose the suggestion for DaHua County poverty alleviation working team, that is to increase the team strength training, establish scientific goal management evaluation mechanism, establish a scientific management of linkage mechanism, strictly implement the whole village planning, implement the corresponding working funds.
