Research On The Survival Development And Transformation Of Grassroots Organizations Under The Relation Of Political And Social Change

China's political and social relations have experienced different stages of evolution in the long-term historical development,each stage has its own uniqueness,from the national all-powerful period to the compromise and penetration of the state and society,and then to the"strong country-The best state of the strong society-the state of social relations,the adjustment of political and social relations provides an institutional space for the burgeoning of "civil society",and various types of social organizations have sprung up.To some extent,the rise of our social organization is a response to the globally thriving community revolution since the 1990s.However,it is worth noting that the grassroots organization formed spontaneously from the bottom up is more complicated than the social organization established from the top down,and it faces seriousness due to its fragile characteristics such as insufficient resources,organization,and low degree of specialization.The survival crisis,taking effective actions to resolve the survival crisis has become a top priority for grassroots organizations.How to transform the confrontation and cooperation into a survival strategy adopted by grassroots organizations,can this "curve save the country" approach help it pass smoothly?"Survival crisis" to complete the transformation and upgrading?If the grassroots organization can smoothly transform,will this kind of political and social cooperation that is driven by survival contribute to the adjustment of the relationship between the state and society?This paper answers the above questions based on an empirical study of a public interest alliance in Shandong.On the one hand,the grassroots organization's insistence on public welfare and independence led to disputes between internal power and external interests,which limited the early development of the alliance and greatly weakened the integrity of the alliance itself;on the other hand,in the country and Under the background of continuous adjustment and development of social relations,grassroots organizations face the transformational pressure of legalization and standardization.The tension with government departments and the competition with registered organizations add to the complexity of their living space.It is this endogenous The combination of dilemma and external pressure has produced a series of action strategies for grassroots organizations to cope with the survival crisis.The behavioral characteristics of limited confrontation and overall cooperation are also important indicators to measure the development stage of state-society relations.
