Facing the increasingly serious problem of aging and the need for the elderly to "support the elderly in the local area",the country's "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" and "13th Five-Year Plan" for the Aged have gradually established a home-based care system. In the process of constructing multiple subjects to participate in home care services, social organizations have attracted widespread attention because of their own unique organizational advantages.Affected by the unbalanced development between quantity and quality in the development of social organizations, the survival of social organizations has gradually become the focus. As an independent subject, what kind of survival strategies social organizations will adopt in the face of a complex external environment and which survival strategies can effectively achieve the benign operation of social organizations deserve attention.Based on the above considerations, this article uses resource dependence theory to describe and compare the survival strategies of J and Z social organizations in Changchun City.Through the overall grasp of the development status and the regional characteristics of social organizations participating in pension services in Changchun City, the institutional environment faced by social organizations is clarified, and the organizational structure and resource dependence of J and Z social organizations are analyzed.Focus on discussing the survival strategies adopted by the Z and J social organizations, the similarities and differences of the survival strategies between the two groups, and a brief analysis of the impact of different survival strategies.J social organizations mainly adopt a contracted "cost-oriented" survival strategy, adjust the organizational structure, establish cooperative relations with the government and other strategies to maintain their own survival.Z social organizations adopt an expansionary "benefit-oriented" survival strategy, optimize the structure and strengthen organizational advantages, and use the strength of external enterprises and social organizations to strengthen the government's reverse dependence strategy.Organization Z breaks through the development trend of “fragmentation” of organizations under the guidance of resource dependence, and promotes the adjustment of the dependence relationship between organizations and governments. The survival strategies of both Z and J organizations are affected by the asymmetric dependency relationship between governments.Social organizations participating in home care services require government cooperation.Under the "asymmetric dependence" relationship between the government and social organizations,we should not only see the dependence of social organizations on the government, but also the government's dependence on social organizations.Social organizations have the ability to mobilize the organization's own development and use the interdependence of resource dependence to secure the development of its independence while obtaining government support. The choice of survival strategies for social organizations should not overemphasize the separation of organizations from the government, but should be based on mutual cooperation by adjusting operations and management strategies and other survival strategies to achieve government resource dependence and self-determination Balance. Finally,we discuss the " private non-enterprise + enterprise " model adopted by J and Z social organizations. The " private non-enterprise + enterprise " development model promotes the establishment of an equal and cooperative relationship among multiple subjects. However, under the " private non-enterprise + enterprise " model, social organizations Whether we can stick to our own social goals and avoid becoming a profit tool requires more in-depth discussion and attention.
