Study On The Practical Logic Of Social Enterprise's Justice And Benefit Goal

With the continuous development of social enterprises,the actual performance of their economic and social goals has attracted much attention.As a combination of public welfare and commerce,the social goals and economic goals of social enterprises have obvious tension between them due to the conflict of institutional logic and the lack of external recognition,which makes it difficult to realize both the goals of justice and interest.The above structural difficulties not only bring the pressure of "mission drift" to the operation and development of social enterprises,but also make the model of social enterprises achieving profits by commercial means and creating social value suspect from all walks of life.However,a social enterprise that the author came into contact with during the internship effectively solved this dilemma and achieved a good balance between justice and profit.Based on this,this paper attempts to explore its wisdom strategy and the operating mechanism behind it on the basis of analyzing its practical motivation of meaning and benefit.This paper adopts the method of case study,interviews and participatory observation to collect data,takes social capital theory as the theoretical perspective of the whole paper,and firstly elaborates and analyzes the development context and practical motivation of Nan guanxiang vegetarian restaurant.Secondly,on the basis of its development context,a series of concrete actions and practical strategies adopted by Nan guanxiang vegetarian restaurant to realize the symbiosis of righteousness and interests are sorted out and summarized.Then,starting from practice,this paper reviews the social effects of the practice of the vegetarian restaurant,and presents the multiple effects of the practice of the practice of the vegetarian restaurant in Nan guanxiang with the social enterprise justice and benefit standards as the contrast.Finally,on the basis of the foregoing,this paper attempts to tease out the generation mechanism of the symbiosis of the righteousness and benefit goals of Nan guanxiang vegetarian restaurant.The research shows that although there is a certain tension between the justice and benefit goals of social enterprises,which also brings challenges to the governance and development of social enterprises,social enterprises can effectively break through through certain practical strategies and operating mechanisms.Nan guanxiang vegetarian restaurant obtains social trust through multiple forms of registration of "Private non-enterprise add company",diversified cooperation and seeking "endorsement" from official institutions.Through internal division of justice and interest,external justice and interest open and transparent to the public supervision,to constantly build justice and interest norms;At the same time,Nan guanxiang vegetarian restaurant keeps expanding the boundary and spiritual core of "righteousness and interest",creatively connects itself with more subjects and upholds the cost principle of spending one "benefit" to two "righteousness" in the practice of righteousness and interest,so as to continuously expand the network of "righteousness and interest".Through a series of practical strategies of reputation trust,public welfare standard and open network for south outskirt vegetarian pavilion built up a set of transferred from access to resources transfer to resources circulation mechanism,in the "closed-loop" good operation and,under the action of southern outskirt vegetarian pavilion as the goal of righteousness and implemented of social enterprises and simultaneously,its also obtain sustainable development.
