A Study On The Pension Model Of Residents In H Sub-district,Foshan City

With the improvement of the living quality and condition,people's life expectancy becomes longer and longer,and the proportion of the aging population rises accordingly.Population aging is becoming a serious global challenge.With the progress of the times,the elderly people have stronger demand for the pension service.But the development of the actual pension service market is unbalanced,the social participation is incomplete,and the service standard is uneven,which causes large contradiction between the pension demand and supply.Though the local governments have been enhancing the support on the pension finance gradually,it still lacks specific study and reform.Difficulty of pension service has been a problem to be solved urgently for China's society.Foshan is the third largest city of Guangdong Province,and it is also an important part of the economic circle of Pearl River Delta,and it takes the lead in the economic development of Guangdong Province,and the development momentum of economy,culture and politics in Foshan is powerful.H Sub-district is located at Gaoming District,a district with comparatively backward economic development among the five districts of Foshan,and the pension service is also lagging comparatively.The present situation of pension model reflects many practical problems.In order to realize a more balanced economic integration and more harmonious social development,more resources and more progress are really required for H Sub-district to catch up the development of the other brother sub-districts.Therefore,a social pension service system that adapts the local situation and can meet the needs of the local elderly and has a certain perspective needs to be established,and relevant targeted solution work concerning the demand of the local pension model should be carried out to provide varied,multi-level and practical pension service.This thesis adopts literature research,questionnaires,interviews,and quantitative analysis to summarize the choice of pension model for the elderly people in H Sub-district,to explore the differences of choice of pension model due to factors like individual,family,community conditions and objective cognition of pension,and to put forward targeted suggestions for the actual solution of establishing pension model.This thesis falls into four chapters as Chapter I Introduction,Chapter II Basic Condition and Present Situation of Pension Model of Residents in H Sub-district,Chapter III Analysis on the Demand Preference of Pension Model of Residents in H Sub-district,which analyzes the influence degree for the choice of pension model with various factors,and Chapter ? Establishment and Solution Suggestion for the Pension Model of Residents in H Sub-district,which brings forth practical strategies in such five aspects as working for security and consolidating the pension service basis;improving social recognition and promoting the development of organization care;mobilizing multiply forces and tamping the social care strength;working for active aging and improving old-age living quality;and transferring the elderly care concept and adapting diversified pension trend.by considering the actual situation of H Sub-district.Chapter V Conclusion and Prospect.
