Study On The System Of "Single Window" In China's International Trade

With the rapid development of international trade,close trade between the higher level of trade facilitation requirements,international trade "single window" as one of the important means,it has been rapid development.In February 2017,the Trade Facilitation Agreement(TFA),which was the first multilateral agreement reached since the establishment of the World Trade Organization,came into effect.However,China has made a reservation about the "single window" measure in paragraph 4 of article 10,with a transitional period of two years.However,it will be implemented immediately after the transitional period.Therefore,the "single window" construction is imminent.The construction of international trade "single window" will face challenges from policy,legislation,management,technology and finance,this paper focuses on the legal system.Through the methods of literature research,comparative research and empirical research,this paper combs the results of pilot work in our country,tries to explore the deep-seated causes of the problems,and puts forward effective suggestions in line with the operation of our administrative system.The paper further argues that China should actively meet the challenge in the critical period of global trade protectionism,take the trade field as the breakthrough point,gradually improve the legal norms of trade and related fields,and accumulate experience of protecting every major reform.
