Research On The Supervision Legal System Of Webcasting Platform

Webcast is a real-time two-way live broadcast mode that relies on the Internet,big data,and artificial intelligence technology in recent years.It has many differences from traditional one-way live broadcast modes such as TV and radio.The main body providing services also came into being.However,new problems will inevitably arise in the emerging industries.For example,due to the lag of the law,it will be difficult for legislation to keep up with the development of emerging industries before the relevant legal system is incomplete,making it difficult to monitor the live broadcast platform.Therefore,when choosing a monitoring method,the special features of the network live broadcast platform should be analyzed and researched according to the characteristics of the platform model to find a monitoring method suitable for this emerging industry,to achieve the purpose of strengthening supervision,and to maintain the order of the platform.This article analyzes China 's current relevant laws and regulations on the regulation of online live broadcast platforms from the five aspects of supervision law level,supervision subject,market access system,operation supervision,and market exit procedure,and points out the shortcomings of the supervision system,and combines South Korea,the United States,The European Union,Russia and other foreign online live broadcast platform supervision models and experience inspiration,from the definition of online live broadcast platformsupervision subject,improve the market access system,strengthen the operation supervision legal system,improve the market exit system,improve the relevant legal system,put forward feasible suggestions,In order to improve the supervision system of China's online live broadcast platform,and promote the positive and orderly development of the online live broadcast industry.
