From The Perspective Of Rural Governance,the Miao Traditional System In Guizhou And Its Modern Transformation

China is a multi-ethnic country,there is a traditional social management system in the majority of ethnic minority villages,which have long become a common form of village governance.In the process of constant changes in the development history of human society,the traditional system plays an important role in the rural governance of ethnic areas.Since the reform and opening up,the closed state of ethnic minority areas has been broken,and their life is no longer limited to the acquaintance society.The traditional management system has also changed in the transition period of the new era.How to make the traditional social management system in the social modernization should play the role of rural governance,improve the rural social governance model,the villagers'autonomy,to achieve good governance of rural governance,is promoting the rural governance system and governance capabilities scientization,democratization,the surest way to diversify,has become a national governance level must focus on key issues.The traditional governance system,with its unique cultural and regional background and the development potential of the democratic autonomy of the traditional system,has an important impact on the rural social life and is of great benefit to the development of rural governance in minority areas Discussion Lang system is miao society of traditional system for a long time,and the daily production and life of miao villages have a many associations,taking Guizhou miao traditional system as the research object,analyzes its implementation in different historical period,expounds the composition of its content,operation rules and functions,shows the miao discussion Lang production for the governance of the traditional management system.And the analysis of the causes of value and revival;This paper describes the changes and difficulties of the existing miao traditional system in the village community governance.Combining with the new requirements of rural governance autonomy,the rule of law and the unification of the rule of virtue in the new era,this paper tries to put forward the traditional minority governance system as an innovative development mode of effective integration of local institutional resources and rural governance in the new era.Starting from the practice of ethnic areas,this paper explores the transformation path of traditional system in rural governance in the new era by integrating traditional culture and modern civilization,integrating informal governance and formal governance,and exerting the linkage and cooperation between traditional authority and state authority,so as to promote the realization of effective rural governance.
