The Contemporary Value And Application Of My Country's Traditional Rural Governance

The level of rural governance is not only related to the fundamental interests of the vast majority of farmers in China,but also to the effective implementation of the party and national policies.The "rural village governance" mode is the current mode of rural governance in China,and the villagers' self-government is the most basic way of governance.During the development of the reform and opening up for more than30 years,it has had a great impact on the production and life of the rural people.However,with the opening of rural society,the increasing population mobility and the continuous development of the urbanization process,the drawbacks of this governance model are gradually emerging.In today's grass-roots society,there are problems such as single governance,low level of governance,insufficient supply of rural public goods,imperfect governance mechanism,and outstanding contradiction between the two committees.During the three decades of reform and opening up,it has had a great impact on the production and life of the rural people.However,with the development of China's urbanization process,the drawbacks of this governance model are gradually emerging.In today's grass-roots society,there are problems such as single governance,low level of governance,insufficient supply of rural public goods,imperfect governance mechanism,and outstanding contradiction between the two committees.Therefore,we should seek a more effective and more suitable governance mode for China's rural situation on the basis of the current rural governance system."We must strengthen basic rural basic work and improve the rural governance system that combines autonomy,the rule of law and the rule of virtue." the communist party of China's nineteenth report said.It set a bellwether for our future path of rural governance.In the process of governance,we can not only rely on the single governance body of the grass-roots government,nor can we completely rely on rigid governance measures such as administrative rules and regulations to solve thedisputes in the grass-roots society.The traditional way of governance in rural China is tested by history,it deeply knows the characteristics the village of our country,the basic situation of villagers of our country and it can be different from the modern way of governance to solve the conflict in the countryside.In the meantime,it is conducive to the continuation of traditional governance culture.Therefore,it has great significance for new rural construction to study the modern value of the traditional way of rural governance in our country,combining with the contemporary governance,make up the lack of modern management mode.Firstly,this paper is related to the concept of rural governance and the traditional rural governance are expounded,several main methods from the subject and object of rural governance defines the concept and theory of rural governance.It provides a theoretical basis for writing this paper.Secondly,analyzes the contemporary value of traditional rural governance in China,which mainly including the local rule,the governance of the countryside,the governance of rural elites and the contemporary value of clan governance.Thirdly,analyzes the predicament and causes of rural governance in China,also concludes the reasons for the continuation of traditional rural governance and its develop rule.It provides an opportunity to seek remedies in traditional governance.Finally,on the basis of the analysis and research in the foreword,the author puts forward the concrete application countermeasure to play the role of traditional rural governance in China.
