Study On Challenges And Countermeasures Faced By Regional Party Construction In The New Era

Regional party building is the derivation and development of community party building,and it is a new way and new way to solve the integration and development of grassroots party building.Regional party building is an emerging party building model that uses modern management and information technology to comprehensively plan party building resources in accordance with the concept of regional overall planning.Since the creation of the regional party building model,after more than 10 years of exploration,certain achievements have been made,but there are also some problems and challenges.This article combines the relevant cases of regional party building in Shanghai,Wuhan and Changsha,and believes that in the new era,grassroots party building still faces challenges in the following aspects: it is difficult to integrate grassroots party building resources;it is difficult to coordinate the governance of grassroots party building;party organizations are suspended Change;poor organizational structure.Aiming at the problems of regional party building,corresponding strategies and ideas were proposed: first,change thinking,establish pluralistic co-governance and globalization of the overall vision,and raise awareness of regional party building.Second,construct a networked party building structure and promote the application of network technology to the practice of party building.Third,further improve the operating mechanism of regional party building,and constantly strengthen the construction of service-oriented party organizations.The regionalized party building organizations should be integrated and connected smoothly.
