Research On The Social Work Intervention Of The Lack Of Pension Service In The Embedded Community Nursing Home

In recent years,with the aggravation of the aging population,the number of the elderly population in China is increasing day by day,and the needs of the elderly for the elderly life care are becoming more and more diverse,which has gradually become a problem of close concern to the academic community and society.Through the The embedded community nursing home was investigated and found that the old people in it are generally lack of psychological care,emotional guidance and social communication.The reasons include that the environment changes easily lead to more sensitive inner emotions,lack of self psychological adjustment ability,lack of psychological guidance awareness of nurses,physiological degradation,reduced activity participation initiative,and differences in living habits It is easy to cause contradictions and so on;based on this,it is concluded that there are psychological care needs,emotional counseling needs and social interaction needs of the elderly in the hospital.Due to the lack of elderly care service capacity in the hospital,social work is required to provide targeted case counseling services for the elderly in hospital,organize group activities for the elderly with similar needs,meet the needs of the elderly in hospital in counseling and activities,and increase their well-being in life.Finally,through reflection,the paper finds the shortcomings of social work intervention in the embedded pension service,and puts forward corresponding suggestions to provide some micro experience for the follow-up social work intervention in the embedded pension service.
