Research On Social Work Embedded In The Construction Of Community Service Party Organization

Under the new historical conditions,all sectors of society are faced with numerous opportunities while meeting new challenges.It is the same to grassroots service-type party organizations.Regardless of working tasks or work targets,the previously united and institutionalized work model no longer adapts to the modern living environment,and the function of humanized service becomes more dominant.In the reports of nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the party organizations at the grass-roots level and fully exert the responsibilities of the grass-roots party organizations to contact and serve the masses,and to guide the party members to play a vanward and exemplary role.However,demand-oriented social work has certain advantages in understanding the needs of the masses and serving the masses.Its values,concepts,service targets,work methods,etc.are highly consistent with the construction of grass-roots service-type party organizations.Therefore,Embedding social work into the construction of grass-roots service party organizations will play a pivotal role in grassroots party organizations in better performing their service functions and in perfecting new fields of social work.This article mainly combines the F community party building the innovation project,and takes the F community as the research object.This research uses the questionnaire and the interview method to understand the current grass-roots party organization construction status and the community residents' needs,and analyze the difficulties of the construction of service ability,service consciousness,service carrier and service mechanism faced by F community service-type party organization.Through the discussion of the connection between the party organization and the social work at the grass-roots level,this paper analyzes the needs of the construction of the grass-roots service-type party organization in terms of the social work from two aspects,which conclude the task and the object of service.Under the guidance of the embeddedness theory,the theory and methods of social work are introduced,and the "social workers + party members volunteers" model is adopted to discuss the practical process of embedding social work into the grass-roots service-type party organization from four aspects: embedded subject,embedded object,embedding process and embedding effect.It has been found that it is feasible for social work to embed grassroots service-oriented party organizations.It satisfies the needs of community residents,improves the service capabilities of party members,promotes the construction of grass-roots party organizations,and effectively broadens the field of social work.However,the project is in the preliminary pilot phase and involves some inadequacies in the areas of propaganda,staffing,resource links,and professionals.Finally,some targeted recommendations are proposed,according to the effect of embedding,in order to better exert the efforts of social work.
