Research On The Network Capacity Building Of Participating Political Parties In The Era Of Integrated Media

In his report to the 19th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),President Xi Jinping pointed out that "the united front is an important key to the victory of the party's cause and must be upheld permanently.We must hold high the banner of patriotism and socialism,firmly grasp the theme of great unity and cooperation,stick to the unity of consistency and diversity,find the greatest common divisor and draw the greatest concentric circles.We will adhere to long-term coexistence,mutual supervision,treating each other with all sincerity,sharing weal and woe,and support the democratic parties in better performing their functions in accordance with the requirements of participating parties of socialism with Chinese characteristics." In the era of integrated media,various platforms of integrated media bring new opportunities and challenges to the participating parties to innovate their ways of performing their duties and improve their capacity building.As a close friend of the Communist Party of China,participating parties must seize the opportunities,meet the challenges,and actively use the integrated media platform to strengthen their own capacity building,among which network capacity is a very important capability and an important carrier to strengthen other capacity building.In this paper,the network ability of the participating parties to be studied is defined as the ability of the participating parties to use the network to perform their functions and play their values.This paper focuses on the WeChat public account,a representative platform of integrated media,selecting the official WeChat of 835 democratic parties,namely the official WeChat public accounts as the main research objects and establish a database.By means of empirical quantitative analysis,it focuses on th e research of their two aspects---the forms and contents to find the advantages and disadvantages,and then we can see the big from the small,analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of the network capacity construction of participating political parties in the era of media integration and explore how the participating parties use the integrated media platform to strengthen their network capacity building.In the era of media integration,Only by actually strengthening their network capacity construction can participating parties keep up with the pace of the ruling party and better play their due role and value as a participating party of socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,strengthening the construction of the network capacity of participating political parties is helpful to improve the new political party system and the national governance system and the modernization of the governance capacity.Therefore,it has significant research value.
