Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Credit System Construction In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The social credit system is based on the establishment of a credit information sharing mechanism,based on the improvement of the legal and regulatory system,supported by the improvement of the main competitiveness of the credit service industry,driven by the cultivation of the credit service marketmand guaranteed by a strong government regulatory system.National social governance mechanism.Speeding up the construction of the social credit system is conducive to strengthening the trustworthiness incentive and dishonesty punishment mechanism and improving the government's governance;it is conducive to improving the quality of the people and promoting social progress;it is conducive to improving the efficiency of market resource allocation and stimulating market development;Optimize regional business environment.As a frontier minority region in China,due to many environmental factors such as humanities and geography,the innovative ideas and concepts of the market economy in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are relatively lagging behind,which has affected the credit system construction process in the Inner Mongolia region to a certain extent.Therefore,how to advance the construction of the social credit system scientifically and reasonably according to the actual situation of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is worthy of our attention.After many years of efforts,although the social credit system construction in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has achieved initial results,it still has a large gap compared with the actual needs of social and economic development and other regions where the social credit system has been developed,which has further strengthened the social credit in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region System construction has more important practical and guiding significance.This article from the perspective of the People's Bank of China's supervision,learns and compares the theoretical results of the construction of the social credit system at home and abroad,and summarizes the current status and effectiveness of the construction of the social credit system in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Starting from four aspects,such as consciousness needs to be strengthened,we come up with suggestions for building a social credit system with distinctive characteristics of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.It is hoped that the research in this article can further promote the construction of the social credit system in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and optimize the social credit environment.
