Analysis Of Government Service Innovation Under The Condition Of Informatization

The advent of the information age has greatly changed the governance concept and governance mode of the government,and has also created an excellent opportunity for the construction of a service-oriented government.The main western countries are trying to build "intelligent government" through the information technology such as cloud computing,large data and Internet of things,and then promote the promotion of the government's service ability and the breakthrough of the mode of social governance.Information construction is a good breakthrough point in the field of government service innovation and social collaborative governance.At the present stage,the practice of information construction in the field of government service innovation and social governance in cooperative governance is still in the initial stage of exploration.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to the research on the government service innovation and social cooperative governance.In this paper,through literature research,field interviews,case analysis,such as research methods,collecting the literature of government service innovation at home and abroad,and carries on the comb summary,induces its highlights and deficiencies.Through field interviews,the relevant information of the 12345 platform of Y city was collected.Taking the 12345 platform as a typical case,this paper analyzes and studies the ways to promote the government service innovation under the condition of informatization by combining the domestic and foreign government service innovation attempts.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is introduction,mainly introduced the paper selected topic background and significance,related concepts and theoretical basis,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,the emphases and difficulties of research and innovation points.The second chapter is based on the information conditions,domestic and foreign cases of improving government services and their experience and enlightenment.The third chapter is a case analysis of government service innovation based on informatization,with the 12345 platform of Y city as an example,mainly introduces the operation mode and mechanism,functions and values,and the efficiency analysis.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the existing problems of government service innovation and analyzes its causes.The fifth chapter is to explore the path of government service innovation under the condition of informatization,based on domestic and foreign cases of improving government service,combined with the 12345 platform of Y city.
