Research On Government Support Policy In The Development Of Farmer Cooperatives In Chongqing

The development of farmer cooperatives in our country are developing very fast and their numbers are increasing.A large number of large-scale and powerful farmer cooperatives have driven the application of emerging technologiesand have become an important platform for the promotion of modern agricultural technology innovations.But in general,The development of farmer cooperatives in our country is still in its infancy,and the policy support of government departments affects the development of professional farmer cooperatives to a certain extent.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how the government can provide effective support policies to promote the healthy and sustainable development of farmer cooperatives.This article is based on public partnership theory,market failure theory,and policy process theory.Using literature research,questionnaire surveys,interviews and other research methods to analyze the demand and current supply policies of Chongqing farmers’cooperatives during the development.We found that the Chongqing Municipal Government’s support policy for farmer cooperatives still has problems such as imbalances in policy supply and demand,inadequate policy implementation,lax policy supervision,and irregular operating mechanisms.Finally,analyze the reasons for these problems,and put forward suggestions on improving government support policies from deepening policy research,strengthening policy implementation,strengthening awareness of laws and regulations,and improving talent support policies,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Chongqing farmers cooperatives.First,the necessity of the development of government policy support in Chongqing City farmers cooperatives is analyzed on the basis of literature research and the actual situation of Chongqing.It is mainly to analyze the need to support the development of farmers’cooperative development in conjunction with the market economy and rural revitalization.Second,the status quo of Chongqing farmers’ cooperative development policy was analyzed.On the one hand,analyze the development of the development of the development of farmers cooperation in Chongqing and the main problems in the development process of cooperatives.On the other hand,in depth,the development of government support policies in Chongqing farmers cooperatives and achievements have been analyzed.Again,analyze the problems and causes of Chongqing farmers’cooperative development of government support policies and propose measures to improve the government support policies in Chongqing farmers’cooperative development.According to the above analysis and the reality of the government support policy in Chongqing Farmers Cooperatives,it is recommended.Finally,the discovery and conclusions of the highly refinement,I hope to deepen research and provide reference for the development of Chongqing farmers cooperative.
