Social Work Contributes To Research On The Elderly In Urban Empty-nest Communities To Provide For The Elderly

China has entered into an aging society,the issue of old-age care has become the focus of social concern,the Party and the state attach great importance to,and strive to find a pension system in line with China's actual conditions.The three main pension modes in China are family pension,institution pension and community pension.Family pension brings great pressure to children,and the degree of specialization is low.Institutional pension is influenced by traditional filial piety culture,and the occupancy rate is not high.Community pension is provided by professional service personnel to provide services for the elderly living in the community,solve the problems they face,and improve the quality of life in their later years.Community pension in China started late,professional level is low,the quality of service is not high.Through the intervention of social work,the professional value concept of "helping others and helping themselves" can be brought into play and better integrated into the elderly care services in urban communities in China.The elderly can enjoy professional services at home,which promotes the formation of a good atmosphere of helping and loving the elderly.This paper takes B community in Chongqing as an example.Through early household visits,it makes a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the elderly in this community and finds out the deficiencies of community pension services,so as to explore ways for social work to intervene in urban community pension.The first is to analyze the background on the subject,and comb the literature at home and abroad,find the breakthrough point of the research,according to the theory of maslow's hierarchy of needs and social support theory as the basis,by interviews and observation as the main research methods,analyzes the empty-nest elderly community needs,find the causes of problems.Taking individuals and families as service objects and combining with the welfare policies of the elderly in China,we constantly collect relevant information of the service objects,adopt the way of case work,combine theoretical knowledge with specific practice,put forwardpractical countermeasures,and use professional methods to solve the problems of community elderly care.Through case work involved,from the aspects of the elderly themselves,family,neighborhood and community access to support,for various social forces to participate in the community endowment service,develop more volunteers to join actively,provide for the aged eye often life care,medical care,spiritual comfort and leisure entertainment services,make its service object to restore social function,their retirement life.This paper analyzes the practical operation of the intervention of case work in the empty-nesters community for the aged,discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the intervention process of case work,summarizes the service results obtained,and applies the measures to solve the problem flexibly,extending the typical case of this community to the overall social environment.Finally,it summarizes the research and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to better apply social work methods to urban empty-nesters community pension services,so as to provide ideas for solving the problem of the whole group,meet the needs of more urban empty-nesters,and inject new impetus into urban community pension services in China.
