Research On The Problem Of Government Credibility In Group Incidents

There is a close relationship between government credibility and mass events.The outbreak of Qidong incident in July 28,2012 is a typical event in the construction of government governance and government credibility.It reflects the weakening of the effectiveness of government behavior,the weakening of public trust in government decision-making procedures,the untransparent information of government information and the weakening of public relations in crisis,and the credibility of the government.Weakening and other issues led to a decline in public confidence in the government.How to analyze the internal mechanism of the Qidong incident and put forward effective countermeasures in the light of the background of the times is of vital importance to the construction of the credibility of the government today.This paper,based on the theoretical research of government credibility and crisis management,first clarifies the relevant concepts based on the literature analysis,and combs the context of the group events and the field of government credibility,and finds the theoretical breakthrough point of this paper,and then combines the event system theory and the policy network analysis method,The intensity attribute,time attribute and spatial attribute of group events are deeply analyzed,and the existing problems of government credibility in the development and evolution process of group events are obtained,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.Finally,this paper,taking the Qidong incident of typical meaning of machinery as an analysis case,explores its internal mechanism of action,and the government is dealing with this An analysis of the existence of group incidents is made,and its internal causes are analyzed,and suggestions are put forward.
