The Local Governments' Credibility Construction Research Under The Perspective Of Mass Incident In China

Party's 18 th and the third plenary session of the 18 were explicitly put forward to improve the government credibility.This requirement not only shows the attention of the government credibility construction in our country, but also reflects the government credibility construction, that is, there are serious problems in our country.In recent years, mass incidents happen frequently in our country, the influence and harm is very serious. Government's attitude and method is one of the public to the government credibility evaluation, at the same time, the local government as a direct to the public to provide public services and administration of government agencies,and they must be responsible for mass incidents.The occurrence of mass incidents would greatly weaken the local government credibility,the influence and the consequences will be severe.Thus, we can concluded that the occurrence of mass incidents is closely related to the discretion of the local government credibility.If the local government will not be able to actively prevent and properly handle such events,It will bring serious consequences and influence, weaken or even hinder the ascension of the local government credibility.This article is under the mass incident of researching of local government credibility, thus we can find out the close relationship between the mass incidents and the local government credibility, and I will carry on the research, analysis the problems existing in the local government credibility, and to seek the way to solve the problem and countermeasures, to explore how to improve the government credibility,to discuss how to serve the people.
