| Solving the employment problem of retired soldiers is a matter of social stability and great cause of strengthening the army,which is a fine tradition of Communist Party of China.To this end,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly instructed to solve the problem of employment of retired soldiers.The article uses the action research method,the interview method and the literature research method,through the case work intervention to a retired soldier,helps the victim to solve the employment problem,at the same time explores the social work intervention retired soldier employment question experience.The reasons for the employment problems of retired soldiers include unreasonable psychological expectation,irrational belief,lack of vocational skills,low academic qualifications,low awareness of policy and limited social circle.The article holds that to solve the employment problem of retired soldiers,we must first solve the cognitive problem of retired soldiers on employment.At the same time,it is necessary to improve the professional skills and social skills of retired soldiers.The article believes that social workers should abandon the idea of paternalistic care and encourage the self-determination of the victim.At the same time,the combination of the three working methods of social work and the development of diversified services will help to improve the effectiveness of the service. |
