The army has formed a group of retired soldiers with a large base in our country.It is important for the stability of the people's hearts and the hearts of the army and the building of national defense.It is the key point for the implementation of the relevant requirements of the Party and the state for preferential treatment of retired soldiers and the iron barracks and flowing soldiers.The army has formed a group of retired soldiers with a large base in our country.It is important for the stability of the people's hearts and the hearts of the army and the building of national defense.It is the key point for the implementation of the relevant requirements of the Party and the state for preferential treatment of retired soldiers.At present,the employment placement of retired soldiers in China mainly depends on the support of the government for independent employment.The government helps the retired soldiers to solve the employment problem by providing education and training,organizing job fairs and other forms.Due to the different specific conditions in different regions,the implementation effect is also uneven.Therefore,Social research is generally concentrated in areas such as strengthening policy effectiveness,and there is still not much development on the utility of guidance and support for retired soldiers in re-entry and re-employment,as well as practical research.This paper studies the historical evolution of the placement of ex-servicemen in foreign and domestic countries and the role of social work in it,and This paper probes into the realistic predicament of the development of the related fields of domestic social work.Combined with my internship experience,relying on the retired soldiers of Y County in 2018,this paper analyzes the basic situation of employment of this group,and summarizes the causes of the difficult employment groups through in-depth research on the industry groups,which are:personality factors affect employment,incorrect employment concept affects employment,blind employment affects employment.Finally,through the analysis of the interview data,three representative samples are selected as the service objects in the practical stage of this paper to study the case of social work involved in the practical operation of the employment placement of retired soldiers.This paper focuses on the practical research work in 2018,the retired soldiers in Y County started their work waiting groups,using case method to carry out intervention activities,and carrying out case intervention practice for the three types of retired soldiers:introverted,concept biased and blind career selection.Based on the theory of advantage perspective,family system theory and social support theory,from the perspective of the construction of family interaction mechanism,case owner empowerment,social support,To carry out services,we should pay attention to guiding the case owners to break through the difficulties by their own strength in the service process,so as to achieve the improvement of individual employment ability.Through practical operation,the author explores the practicability and feasibility of case social work in the employment guidance of retired soldiers,and concludes that in the practical process,we should comprehensively consider the actual situation and the causes of difficulties of the service objects,and make personalized service plans through family communication,psychological intervention,empowerment and social support network expansion.In the end,this paper analyzes the experience and shortcomings of the author in the practical process,and discusses several possibilities of strengthening the role of social work in the employment and resettlement of veterans through the government's macro-control,in order to provide some suggestions and references for the government to carry out the employment and resettlement of veterans.
