The Elderly Health Food Consumption Trap Individual Case Social Work Intervention Study

As China's population ageing continues to accelerate,a variety of needs for the elderly have emerged,for example,the elderly health care industry has mushroomed.Health Care Products Industry to meet the health care needs of the elderly was originally a good thing,but some unscrupulous businessmen,false claims of health care results,cheating,let many elderly people fall into the health care products trap,this has had a number of negative effects on older persons and their families.This is not conducive to the health of the elderly,but also conducive to social and family stability.Therefore,in addition to the rule of law to combat this crime phenomenon,do a good job of the elderly prevention work is essential,community social workers are useful.This study attempts to explore the involvement of social workers in this issue.This study first analyzed the causes and supervision status of health products trap for the elderly through literature method to lay the foundation for intervention service;secondly,to determine the clients and establish professional service relationship,to use case social work method,combined with psychological intervention measures,Follow the traditional social work practice steps,intervention in the elderly health products consumption trap intervention service practice.Concrete practice: take the W elderly as the research object,take the cognitive behavior therapy as the guidance,carries on the service from the cognition,the behavior and the emotion three levels.At the cognitive level,using ABC theory,questioning,Socrates Dialectics and other skills to identify and dialectical service object is not Rational belief,reconstructing the correct cognition of health products;at the behavioral level,combining with the theory of social support,widening the social channels of service objects,improving the social status of service objects,improving interpersonal skills,helping serviceobjects to build social support;at the emotional level,based on the theory of advantage,Integrate environmental resources and service object advantages,strengthen the affirmation of their own ability,stimulate the positive emotion of service object.Through the cognitive,behavioral and emotional three levels of mutual adjustment and interaction,work together to solve the plight of service objects.Through the process evaluation and result evaluation of this case service,it is concluded that the case intervention service of the elderly health care product consumption trap has achieved remarkable results.The social worker intervention method can make the clients more rational about the cognitive concept of health care products,reduce the bad behavior of health care products consumption,increase their positive emotions,and then help to adjust and change the rational consumption of health products by the elderly.The results of this study may provide practical reference for the subsequent social work intervention in the elderly health products consumption trap intervention research,but the study also has many shortcomings,such as the representative problem of case study results,in the future need to expand the sample size to further explore the law of universality.
