Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the Chinese people have forged ahead and come closer to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,we must be keenly aware of the complex situation at home and abroad and continue to build a community with a shared future for mankind on the basis of consolidating the community of the Chinese nation.General secretary Xi has stressed on many occasions that “the history of the Chinese revolution is the best nutrition”.In the new historical period,an in-depth study of the history of the Chinese revolution including taking the history of the Communist Party of China in the war of liberation as a mirror,may inspire the great practice of consolidating the united front and building a community with a shared future for mankind.After multiple paradigm evolutions of public relations,“fact-value” public relations paradigm of dialogue is formed in the combination of and dialogue.With the guidance of public relations practice or interpretation,the research in the past successful public relations activity(quasi-public relations activities)provides a new train of thought and framework and can reveal the nature of public relations to help us understand more.This study is based on the 42 files of Central Committee of the Communist Party during the liberation war period.By using the basic principle of grounded theory research methods,appropriate adjustments to the method,qualitative research software NVivo12 as a research tool,as well as public relations dialogue theory as the breakthrough point,we can explore the Communist Party of China's relationship to the intermediate forces and form the corresponding conclusions.This study is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter introduces the historicalbackground,realistic background and theoretical background of the research,and puts forward the concerns of this research.Although public relations was not introduced into China during the war of liberation,the propagation and communication practice of the Communist Party of China for the intermediate forces was indeed a "quasi-public relations" with rich wisdom of public relations dialogues.The second chapter is literature review,including Dialogue,Dialogue thought,Dialogue Theory of public relations,the practice and policies of the Communist Party of China in relating to the intermediate forces and related research achievements of the related studies.It proposes the need to research the Communist Party of China's relationship with intermediate forces to help us understand the practical and theoretical significance of this dialogue.The third chapter is related to the research design,including the research ideas and research methods.The fourth chapter to the seventh chapter are the main parts of this study.The fourth chapter uses the NVivo qualitative research software to construct the model of the dialogue text in which the Communist Party of China strives for the intermediate forces,and devotes itself to realizing the visualization of the research process and proving the rigor of the research process.The fifth chapter explains the model,enumerates the coding frequency of each node including the number of material sources and reference points,and explores the importance of each coding node by quantifying the coding frequency.In the sixth chapter,model analysis is the focus of this study,which mainly conducts qualitative analysis on the most representative texts among the 18 nodes through two dimensions of "fact orientation" and "value orientation".The seventh chapter is the model test.Through the analysis of the texts of the response of the intermediate forces to the Communist Party of China,the effectiveness of the public relations dialogue of the Communist Party of China striving for the intermediate forces is demonstrated through the consistency of the theme,content and position.The eighth and final chapter conclude from four aspects: “long live the people”,“equal attitude”,“joint contribution and Shared benefits”,and“common ideals”.Under the premise that the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC)and the establishment of new China as the symbol of the Chinese nation formed a decision element facto from a community of interests and values,which is enough to serve as the conclusion of the public relations under evaluation.And take the public relations dialogue as an approach.This paper summarizes the experience of the Communist Party of China's public relations dialogue strategy of striving for theintermediate forces,and evaluates the effect of the public relations dialogue in detail,so as to provide references for the current united front,international exchanges and public relations work.
