Research On The Innovation Of Grassroots Community Policing Under The Background Of "Big Data"

In recent years,with the rapid development and popularization of Internet technology,big data,characterized by a large number,variety,and timeliness,has emerged as the times require.It not only changes the way people produce,live and think,but also provides good chances for the development of community policing.For public security organs,actively responding to changes in the situation,proactively implementing big data strategies,striving to break through the practical dilemma faced by the community police working mechanism,and continuously promoting community police model innovation and process reengineering are important tasks of strengthening basic work of public security and upgrading public security prevention capabilities.Through the research on community policing at this stage,this article finds that the community policing work in the period of change must face the problems of shortage of traditional community policing police resources and the consumption of police force by non-police activities,as well as Realistic problems such as the severe and serious new crime situation,weak data construction and weak application skills.At the same time,we should also face up to the new challenges derived from big data: the contradiction between the integration of data and community policing,the contradiction between the increase of new crimes and the lag of early warning,the contradiction between the growth of public demand for public security services and the imbalance between supply and demand.these challenges are superimposed for a certain period of time that we must seriously face and solve.However,with the in-depth development of big data technology,we should also grasp the advantages of big data for community police work: providing a new perspective for community security governance,creating a new means of community security prevention and control,as well as improving the effectiveness of combating crime and providing a new direction for community public services.In the face of opportunities and challenges,we actively learn from the advanced experience of community policing at home and abroad,and also carry out a series of targeted changes and innovations: firstly,optimize the top-level design and form a new ecology of community policing;secondly,grasp the trend and realize the reform of the community security management model;the third is to integrate data resources and innovate the community security prevention and control model;the fourth is to strengthen the data drive and promote the reform of public service supply model.As the basic grassroots work that underpins the entire public security work,community police needs to take the initiative to incorporate the elements of "big data",implement adiverse community governance model,seek "clever power" in police innovation in order to improve the level of community governance modernization.
