Study On Information Construction Of Community Policing Under The Background Of Big Data

The past 30 years have witnessed the rapid development of the information technology.In order to improve public security,the police department of China implements the strategy of construction of public security information.The information of community policing is the basis and an important part of it.Under the era of big data,the economy and society are comprehensively and deeply affected by big data.Besides,it has brought profound changes to the police work and public security information.It has became a hit topic for public security organs that to adapt to the era of big data and to promote the construction of community policing information.In recent years,the D branch of Z city Public Security Bureau has actively carried out the reform of community policing and promoted the informatization construction of community policing focusing on the construction and application of big data,which has achieved some results,but at the same time,there are still many shortcomings in the aspects of thinking concept,data sharing,talent team,mechanism guarantee,etc.,which are problems existing and faced by many local public security organs in different degrees,not isolated Case study.Therefore,by studying the D branch of Z city Public Security Bureau,this paper analyzes the countermeasures to improve the informatization construction of community policing under the background of big data,and provides some reference for other local public security organs to promote the informatization development of community policing.This paper takes D branch of Z city public security bureau as an example,through the use of literature research and field research methods,analyzes the construction of community police information under the background of big data,and finds that there are mainly problems in the construction of community police information in D branch of Z city public security bureau,such as the lack of big data understanding,the low level of community police information,the low level of community E-Defense construction,the lagging construction of online police room,and the community Basic data collection is not perfect,the construction of community police information platform lags behind,and the practical application level of big data is low.Through sorting out and analyzing,the reasons for these problems are that the big data thinking concept of D branch of Z city public security bureau needs to be strengthened,the situation of deep data sharing has not been formed,the management of big data construction needs to be strengthened,the training of big data technical talents needs to be strengthened,the mobilization of the masses to participate in the construction of police big data is not in place and the guarantee of big data construction and application is insufficient.Based on this,this paper puts forward seven countermeasures and suggestions,including establishing the concept of big data,establishing the mechanism of data sharing and integration,improving the management system of police big data construction,strengthening the training of talents for community police informatization construction,strengthening the application of big data in community police work,strengthening the construction of community police platform and database,and improving the assessment,reward and punishment mechanism of community police informatization construction,Research and build a new model of community policing information construction to adapt to the development of big data era.
