Research On Government Responsibility In Kindergarten Safety Management

Children are the hope of every family and the future of the country.A beautiful childhood is vital to the growth of children.In recent years,kindergarten safety incidents have occurred frequently,which has aroused strong concern from the whole society.Therefore,the government's management and supervision of kindergarten safety is necessary.It can not only reduce the probability of child injury accidents in kindergartens,protect children's physical and mental health,reduce unnecessary legal disputes and property losses,and further protect children in kindergartens.Healthy and happy growth,and building a harmonious and orderly preschool education environment also have positive practical significance.?This paper focuses on and studies this issue from the perspective of public management.It uses literature research method,comparative analysis method,case analysis method,etc.,based on public product supply theory,new public service theory,accident safety theory analysis.Analyze the development status and safety status of kindergartens,summarize the types and hazards of children's safety problems in the kindergarten,and further point out the lack of planning,finance and supervision functions in the safety management of kindergartens.The main reasons for problems existed in terms of policies and regulations,responsibility awareness,financial input,supervision and management,and pointed out the shortcomings of the government in the prevention and treatment of kindergarten safety issues.On this basis,based on the advanced experience of foreign countries,it puts forward the legal system to improve the safety management of kindergartens;strengthen the sense of government responsibility;strengthen the daily standardized management of kindergartens;establish specific measures such as social supervision system,and strengthen the supervision and management of kindergarten safety,guarantee the healthy growth of our children.
