Study On Participation Of Multiple Subjects In Social Assistance For Poor Children In Liangshan Prefecture

As a special vulnerable group,poor children have received worldwide attention,but systematic research on social assistance for poor children is still insufficient.Liangshan Prefecture is the country's deepest poverty-stricken area and the most difficult "hard bone" for the country to fully build a well-off society.The problem of social assistance for poor children in Liangshan not only concerns the healthy growth of poor children in Liangshan but also affects the future development of Liangshan.The social assistance of poor children in Liangshan Prefecture presents the current situation of family,government,and social forces participating together.Therefore,this article studies the problem of multiple subjects participating in the social assistance of poor children in Liangshan Prefecture.Based on the definition of the concept of poor children,social assistance,and multi-subject participation of social assistance,this paper firstly sorts out the current situation of poor children in Liangshan Prefecture and the basic situation of social assistance.Secondly,survey and analyze the specific content of the three main subjects of family,government and social forces participating in the social assistance of poor children,through statistical analysis of the questionnaire data of 223 poor children in Liangshan Prefecture and the staff of relevant government departments,teachers and public welfare organizations.Through in-depth interviews,etc.,it is concluded that there are serious family vacancies when multiple subjects participate in the social assistance of poor children,the government's assistance guarantees are weak,social forces are insufficient,and there is little cooperation between the participants.Finally,it is proposed that families should strengthen family participation and give play to mutual assistance among families.The government should improve relevant legal systems,improve management institutions,increase rescue and security efforts,and strengthen the management of social forces.In terms of social forces,it is necessary to strengthen the capacity building and internal management of social forces,strengthen communication with families and the government,and formulate assistance projects in a reasonable manner.And build a cooperation mechanism between family,government,and social forces.
