Study On The Stratery Of "Precision Poverty Alleviation"

The eradication of poverty is an unchanging ideal of mankind and a common mission of the whole society.Capitalism is the root cause of proletarian poverty.The proletariat can only achieve common prosperity by overthrowing bourgeois rule,eliminating private ownership,and eradicating poverty.These are the conclusions drawn by Marxist classical writers through the analysis and research of the capitalist social system system system for a long time.However,we can not avoid the fact that poverty also exists in socialist society.We are in and will be in the primary stage of socialism for a long time.The contradiction between the increasing material and cultural needs of the people and the backward social productive forces runs through the entire process of the primary stage of socialism in China and all aspects of social life.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the new central leadership group,with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core,has attached great importance to poverty alleviation work.At the Central Poverty Reduction Work Conference,it has made comprehensive arrangements on how to win the tough battle against poverty,and has clearly defined its tasks and goals.In theface of the fact that China's productive forces are not yet sufficiently developed,how can we better help build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,so that the superiority of the socialist system can be fully utilized,so as to truly achieve accurate poverty alleviation and accurate poverty alleviation.To achieve the ambitious goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects in2002,to achieve the complete eradication of poverty in society and to fulfill the sacred mission entrusted to us by the Party and the people has become an important task that we must fulfill as scheduled.Taking the anti-poverty theory as the research entry point,this paper compares the theories and thoughts about poverty at home and abroad.This paper reviews the development of Marxist poverty theory,combs through the historical process and experience of China's poverty alleviation work,and studies the strategy of "targeted poverty alleviation" being implemented.The measures of "targeted poverty alleviation" are explained,the problems encountered in the implementation of relevant policies are deeply analyzed,and the solutions and policy measures are put forward.At present,there is a lack of systematic analysis and research on China's poverty alleviation work using Marxist Chinese chemical research methods.The main research directions are still concentrated in the fields of political science,economics,and sociology.But from the height of strategy to our country's poverty alleviation work in-depth research,especially for the precise poverty alleviation work academic research results are few.This paper intends to use the theory ofsinicization of Marxism to systematically analyze and study the history and policies of China's poverty alleviation and development,in order to contribute its own modest contribution to the socialist modernization,especially the theoretical research of poverty alleviation and development.
