Research On Legal Issues Of Internet Shopping

With the development of computer technology and Internet,online shopping transactions are prevalent.In the online shopping transaction,the occurrence of disputes is very common,and presents different characteristics from the traditional commodity transaction.It can be found that the legal status of the two parties in the online shopping transaction has undergone some changes.The relationship between the buyer and the distributor is usually manifested as the relationship between the consumer and the operator,whose rights and obligations are obviously different from the previous offline shopping transaction.This paper analyzes the new legal problems arising from online shopping transactions and reunderstands the new legal relationship between consumers and operators in online shopping transactions.Then,from the perspective of consumers' obligations and operators' rights,this paper analyzes the legal problems existing in online shopping transactions,discusses the causes and finally finds solutions.In order to promote the healthy development of China's online shopping market,the legal system in relevant fields can meet the needs of the rapid development of China's online shopping industry.
