The Way To Nurture Calmness In Combats Among The People's Armed Police Force's Maneuver Division

As a strategic maneuver force in safeguarding national security and social stability,Maneuver Divisions of the People's Armed Police Force(PAP)shoulder arduous and diversified tasks.Calmness in combats amid changing factors is one of the most practical and direct demand on the rank and file among all combat spirits.Based on the above background,this paper first introduces the concept,implications and features of the combat spirits,and then elaborates on that of PAP's maneuver divisions,and further focuses on the features and factors of their calmness amid changing environment.Based on practices in shouldering diversified tasks and surveys,the paper studies the way to nurture calmness in combats among PAP's maneuver divisions,focusing on the present situation,existing problems,analysis of reasons,and the possible practical path.This paper studies the PAP's maneuver divisions from the perspective of organizational culture,summing up the personal factors,organizational factors,and external factors in three dimensions,and finally propose some constructive suggestions on nurturing calmness in combats.In the context of the current military reform of size and forces restructuring,this paper has theoretical innovation and practical relevance in enhancing the capacity of the PAP's maneuver divisions to carry out diversified tasks.
