| With the rapid development of Chinese society,all kinds of high buildings,underground buildings,densely populated places,chemical dangerous goods enterprises,inflammable and explosive units are increasing,fire accidents are endless.Using traditional paper documents to manage the information of fire forces can not meet the needs of modern fire safety.So that fire department is facing more and more rescue tasks.To improve the information level of the fire Department is to fully implement the spirit of "three strict three realities" of the central Committee,spirit of to the “Internet+”.In the face of the above situation,this paper will design and implement a supervision and management system in Weihai city.The main tasks of this paper are: Organizing the task flow of daily work of fire supervision and management department,analyzing the various work demands in fire supervision and management in detail,and complete the function module division and design of Fire control supervision and management;A major fire prediction algorithm based on ID3 algorithm is proposed to solve the fire alarm problem in fire fighting system.In this problem,we first transform the text data in the fire supervision management system into the attribute data that the ID3 algorithm can recognize.Then we use ID3 decision tree algorithm to model and predict major fires.The feasibility of our algorithm is verified,and two major fire-aided decision rules are found out;The System realization technology system is determined and the system function is realized and tested.According to the actual requirement of fire fighting,this paper proposes the construction schedule for developing supervision and management system in Weihai city,which can enhance the construction and application level of the fire control information commanding system,and provide powerful information guarantee and decision support for the troops to organize fire fighting and rescue,cross-regional reinforcement and long-distance command. |
