Research On Government Functions In The Development Of Tourism Industry In Yichun City

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,especially after entering the21 st century,China's tourism industry has developed rapidly.Tourism has gradually become one of the most important leisure and entertainment methods for the people.This also raises the question of how the government can play a functional and rational role and promote the development of the tourism industry.More and more high requirements.Since the all-round shutdown of Yichun City,tourism has been regarded as an important industry for transformation and development.However,in the face of market failures in actual development,the government has certain problems in functioning and mitigating.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the government to optimize its functions and better solve market failures.This paper takes the government functions in the development of tourism industry as the research object.On the basis of the existing research results at home and abroad,through theoretical analysis and case analysis,it finds out the problems of Yichun government in giving full play to its functions to deal with the market failure of tourism industry and puts forward the optimization scheme of government functions.One is theoretical analysis.System analyzes the externality,public goods,information asymmetry,monopoly,the structural contradiction of supply and demand,market failure theory is applied in the tourism industry,and the new public administration,new public service,public administration,government regulation theory analysis of the government in dealing with the tourism industry should exert the function of market failure,theoretical research framework of this paper is established,laid a theoretical foundation for the later to solve the problem.The second is case analysis.By means of data search,field investigation,questionnaire distribution and in-depth interview,four typical representative cases of Yichun tourism were sorted out and refined,dissecting sparrows and analyzing cases,and summarizing the existing problems of government functions.Third,put forward an optimization plan.Firstly,the role of Yichun government is defined,and then a set of systematic optimization scheme of government functions is proposed from theaspects of public supervision,public service and market supervision with the theoretical analysis framework established to deal with the market failure in the development of Yichun tourism industry.The most important research method in this paper is the case analysis method.The most typical samples are selected from various aspects of the tourism industry in Yichun.The first-hand information is obtained through various methods,and the case represents the current development of the tourism industry in Yichun.On the basis of describing and analyzing the case,we found the problems of the government function in the development of Yichun tourism industry.The biggest highlight of this paper is based on the market failure and the theoretical analysis of public management.It establishes a theoretical research framework to optimize government functions to alleviate the failure of the tourism market,and correspondingly responds to market failures and government functions,this is another exploration of the development of tourism industry,using theory to solve practical problems,and has certain reference and reference value for other places.
