Study On Government Function And Optimization In Exhibition Industry Development Of Suzhou Taihu National Tourism Resort

The convention and exhibition industry refers to the industry engaged in the marketing planning,organization and management,venue supply and supporting services of conferences,exhibitions and festival activities.As a new industry,xhibition industry is favored by countries all over the world.China’s convention and exhibition industry has developed rapidly in the Bohai Rim,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,northeast and central and western regions,forming an economic belt with distinctive features.Suzhou Taihu national tourism resort to convention and exhibition industry in recent years as a resort to build "leisure resort destination"an important pillar industry in the tourism industry,strengthen the policy guarantee,award incentives,functions to regulate the market positively,built putting-in-service proactively marriott Renaissance,Taihu international conference center,so incense in the valley of the hotel,yixian county exhibition such as the carrier,It has become the venue for the Suzhou Theme Forum of The Shanghai World Expo,the fourth China-Eu Political Parties High-level Forum,the second China-Africa Non-governmental Forum,and the first Annual Conference of Taihu Cultural Forum.Based on the theory of government functions and public management,in this paper,the domestic and international relevant regional convention and exhibition industry,this paper analyzes the functions of the government’s research,comparison of government’s functional content for the current resort in the convention and exhibition industry exhibition industry development situation and analyzes the functions of the government’s performance,thinks that there are some functions of the government in the resort of convention and exhibition industry is insufficient,Performance planning lead level needs to be for the government,especially the alignment of convention and exhibition industry and tourism industry is not high,the unobvious superiority of main regional industrial policy,market supervision of examination and approval of ability is not high,regulation are cross areas,convention and exhibition products supply from a high level of convention requires a gap,slightly worn part carrier equipment,regional transportation security conference’s ability to ascend,The personnel training mechanism is not perfect,the lack of industry association leads to the industry coordination function is not perfect.From the analysis of the above problems,lack of system that the government exists in the industry planning,bull management,immature market system,the relationship between the industry is not clear wait for a reason,and draw lessons from Hanover,Germany,Singapore and domestic exhibition industry developed countries,such as Shanghai,Hangzhou,the city government in industry coordination and integration,the guarantee of the laws and regulations,industry characteristics planning aspects of the experience of play to the functions of the government,In conclusion,it is suggested that the resort can optimize and enhance the government functions in the exhibition industry from four directions:planning the industrial layout,activating the market development vitality,enhancing the security capacity,and assuming social functions.
