A Study On Realistic Appeal Of The Floating Population Of Ethnic Minorities In Nanning's Wanxiu Village

In the process of integrating into urban life,the floating population of ethnic minorities in Wanxiu village of Nanning city has formed the realistic demands of material and institutional level.The former is mainly reflected in the four aspects of living place,road traffic,environmental sanitation and leisure places,while the latter is mainly reflected in three aspects: children's education,labor rights and social security;Based on the perspective of the generation and transformation of the dual attributes of ethnic issues,this paper explores the causes of the realistic demands of the floating population of Wanxiu village from the following four aspects:the huge pressure brought by the population explosion in the village,the low education level of the population,the obvious difference between urban culture and hometown tradition,and the gap between the pursuit of reality and the living environment;We should improve the housing system,improve the traffic capacity,improve the environmental sanitation,improve the school supervision mechanism,strengthen the protection of labor rights and interests,and strengthen the governance of social security.On this basis,it is further emphasized that the working principle of "dealing with whatever problem is" must be adhered to in the work field involving ethnic factors.
