Research On The Accurate Public Service Supply For Urban Floating Minority Population In Nanning

With the development of industrialization,urbanization and informatization,the population movement is increasingly frequent,which bring more power to the development of city,but also bring many city public governance problems,that needs new and more sophisticated management tools and means to solve them.However,due to the inherent language,ethnic customs,religious beliefs and other differences,the floating population of ethnic minorities is facing the adaptability of survival,adaptation and development after entering the city.How to eliminate this kind of inadaptability and help the minority floating population to integrate into the city better,which requires higher to the city public management and public service.At The Second Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,it is necessary to build a service-oriented government with satisfactory people.Then,it is necessary to start from the supply side of the public service-the public sector,and tap the accurate improvement direction of the public service supply,make it become an important means to improve the public service supply system for the floating minority population.On the basis of the existing research,this paper summarizes and defines the concept and connotation of the accurate of public service supply.Through the research of literature analysis and field research,this paper studies the current situation of public service supply of minority population in Nanning.It is found that the lack of precision in the supply of public services of ethnic minority floating population in Nanning is mainly reflected in the fragmentation of cooperation in subject,the arbitrary identification of the demand for service objects,the inefficiency of the implementation of the plan.Accurate construction is also subject to organizational design unscientific,planned implementation of the lack of supervision,lack of impetus to promote standardization and other factors to restrict.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the top-level design,optimize the organization design,innovate the demand management and so on to realize the accurate of the public service supply for the urban minority population.Through improving the quality of public service,to promote the settlement of possible potential problems in the city,in order to further open up the development of city,to achieve the common development of all ethnic groups to share the results of urban development can provide useful suggestions and countermeasures.
