Zhejiang Practice And Optimization Path To Promote The Healthy Growth Of Non-public Economic Individual

General Secretary Xi emphasized that "the healthy development of the non-public ownership economy requires the healthy growth of individual in the non-public ownership economy." The healthy growth of non-public economic individual in various provinces in China is uneven.The increasingly important position of the non-public economy urges the healthy growth of non-public economic individual.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the healthy growth experience of non-public economic individual who are at the forefront of the country.As a "pioneer" of the private economy,Zhejiang Province is also at the forefront of the country in its healthy growth of non-public economic individual.The practice of exploring and promoting the healthy growth of non-public economic individual in Zhejiang will help promote the healthy growth of non-public economic individual nationwide.This research will explore the healthy growth of non-public economic individual in Zhejiang Province through a comprehensive and systematic literature survey and data collection,and discuss the system design,typical cases and basic experience of promoting the healthy growth of non-public economic individual in Zhejiang.Taking Zhejiang's non-public economic individual as an example,the practical evaluation of the healthy growth of non-public economic individual is launched.The main results are as follows:(1)The "234" Zhejiang practice that promotes the healthy growth of non-public economic individual,that is,2 typical cases,3 basic experiences,and 4 aspects of system design.There are many institutional designs to promote the healthy growth of non-public economic individual in Zhejiang Province,but in summary,it can be summarized into the following four aspects: guiding non-public economic individual to move closer to party organizations,focusing on education and training of non-public economic individual,and building non-public ownership A platform for the healthy growth of economic people and the establishment of a non-public ownership economic growth incentive mechanism.At the same time,it is discovered that two typical cases worth mentioning in the healthy growth of non-public economic individual in Zhejiang are the ideological and political education work of the "Zhejiang sample" and the non-public party building work of "leading the way." Finally,according to the system design and typical samples,three basic experiences of promoting the healthy growth of non-public economic individual in Zhejiang Province are summarized: grasp the core focus,integrate multiple resources and arrange precise services.(2)An evaluation index system for the healthy growth of non-public economic individual in Zhejiang Province.Through a large amount of literature research,an initial evaluation index system for the healthy growth of non-public economic individual has been initially prepared,and the evaluation index system has been adjusted and optimized according to the recommendations of the academic team.Based on the 128 sample data collected from the questionnaire survey,principal component analysis was performed to reduce the dimensionality of the evaluation index system for the healthy growth of non-public economic individual Quality,social responsibility and business objectives to achieve 7 main components,according to the results of the main component analysis to continue to adjust and optimize the evaluation index system,and calculate the main component score and comprehensive score.(3)A number of results from statistical analysis of sample data.The 128 valid data collected effectively represent non-public economic persons in different conditions in Zhejiang Province.Through descriptive statistical analysis,we learned that the level of ideological and political awareness of non-public economic individual in Zhejiang is generally higher and significantly higher than the level of participation in political practice.The overall quality of business ethics and management quality is relatively low,and the results of data analysis such as the healthy growth of non-public economic individual need to be further improved.(4)According to the actual evaluation results,an optimization path to promote the healthy growth of non-public economic individual.In the fifth chapter of the article,according to the actual evaluation results of the healthy growth of non-public economic individual in Zhejiang Province,four optimizing paths to promote the healthy growth of non-public economic individual is put forward,namely,to improve the legal protection mechanism,strengthen the policy support mechanism,and improve Education and training system mechanism and optimization of positive incentive mechanism.
