The Study Of City Institution Pension Model Based On Healthy Aging Index

With the increasing aging of the population and the size of family declines,the traditional family pension is gradually being replaced by institutional pension.In recent years,although the institutions of pension develop rapidly,at the same time of rapid development,there also comes with some problems,such as the fees of the institution endowment is high,insufficient supply of beds,the lack of professional nursing staff,inadequate supporting facilities and so on.Based on the long-term development goals of healthy aging of our elderly population,we must constantly improve the service level and quality of the old-age pension,improve the quality of life of the elderly.In this paper,through the estab lishment of a healthy aging index evaluation system,the author investigates and analysis the degree of population aging of the elderly in Henan urban institutions.According to the variant differences in some aspects of healthy aging,the author puts forward some feasible strong suggestion,so that the elderly can be happy and healthy in his later years,and the author also hopes that can improve and develop the Henan urban institutions pension model,and provide a strong reference for the other C ity or even the national institutions,and enhance the overall level of China's healthy aging.The main contents of this study are as follows: The first is to describe the status quo of urban institutions in Henan Province,and point out that although the development of Henan urban institutions is rapid,but there are still low level of nursing staff,incomplete facilities,low management level and other issues in the development process.The author analysis the cause of those problems such as the financing channel is few,the degree of market is low,the standard of industry is low,the effective regulatory mechanisms are absent and other reasons.The second is to analysis the data on the degree of health and aging of urban aged people in Henan Province.On the one hand,based on the scientific and rational selection of respondents,application survey methods,screening questionnaire design and measurement indicators,the author hand out 300 questionnaires for four cities about the 12 pension agencies in Zhengzhou C ity,Luoyang C ity,Xuchang City,Zhoukou C ity,then analyze the survey results.On the other hand,through the establishment of healthy aging index assessment system,the independent sample T test,the analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis are carried out to analyze the health aging of the elderly in different cities,different institutional characteristics and different demographic characteristics,and the reason that causes the variant differences in some aspects of healthy aging also is analyzed.Thirdly,the author focuses on the reason that causes the variant differences in some aspects of healthy aging,and puts forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions to improve the old-age model of Henan urban institutions under the premise of summing up the development experience of the typical state institutions in foreign countries.The author hopes improve the quality of service for the elderly and the quality of life of the elderly,and promote the aging of the elderly population.
