The main idea of this thesis as follow.Firstly,This paper discusses the theoretical connotation of “A Tucker-Wood thesis”;then this paper sorts out the arguments about Marx's justice;what's more,article proposes to understand the “A Tucker-Wood thesis”from the two dimensions of historical materialism and the dialectical unity of two kinds of rationality;at last,article discusses the value and significance of “A Tucker-Wood thesis” to contemporary China.Chapter 1 focuses on the origin and specific content of “A Tucker-Wood thesis”,in addition to discussing the impact of propositions on China and foreign academic circles.In general,the specific content of “A Tucker-Wood thesis” can be divided into points.The first point: Marx doesn't criticize capitalist society for justice.For the poof of the first point,“A Tucker-Wood thesis” is embodied in two aspects.First,the proposition holds that capitalist society abides by the principle of equivalent exchange.Second,in a capitalist society,it is a legitimate right for capitalists to obtain the surplus value of workers' labor.The statement and proof of the second point of the proposition are reflected in the applicability of the justice standard.The proposition holds that the evaluation criteria of the post-capitalist society cannot be used to evaluate the capitalist society.At the same time,Chapter 1 analyzes the similarities between Tucker and Wood's theory.The second chapter discusses Marx studied science who have views on the proposition.This chapter is divided into two parts,the first part of the talk about the western scholars to refute the proposition,such as Ziyad Husami,Garry Young's view that “justice” is the category with the class nature,and can be used outside of capitalist society evaluation Criteria to evaluate capitalist society.In the end,it starts with a form of questions to refute the proposition.In addition,the response of the proponents of the proposition to criticism is discussed.The second part discusses from Norman Geras and Kai Nielsen's analysis,to defend Marx's view of justice.The third chapter of this thesis can be divided into three parts.The first part and the second part discusses the arguments of domestic Marx research scholars on propositions after they were introduced into China.What's more,this chapter put forward Justice inMarx's works is a value judgement rather than a fact judgement.And this chapter also proposes to understand “The Tucker-Wood thesis” from the historical and value scale of historical materialism,the debate and unification of scientific rationality and value rationality.The third part of Chapter Three discusses the positive and negative meanings of “A Tucker-Wood thesis”.Its positive significance has important value for the development of Marxism.Its negative significance is to cause people to misunderstand Marx's radical theoretical character,which is not conducive to people's grasp of Marxist philosophy and hinders the construction of our country's core values of socialism.Finally,the chapter talks about the important implications of studying “A Tucker-Wood thesis”for our society.
