| Social security governance is the focus of China's urbanization construction.It is a basic work related to social and economic development and maintaining social stability.The community,as a basic organizational unit,is the cornerstone of social development and stability.Therefore,community public security governance is the premise and basis of public security governance in the entire society.As a complex social life aggregate,urban communities have caused problems such as large floating populations,backward public facilities,and weak security forces.With the improvement of people's material living standards and rights awareness,the issue of community safety has become a focus of attention.The traditional community security governance model with the government as the single management subject has been unable to resolve the current security issues.Therefore,a new governance model is urgently needed to deal with the complex problems existing in the management of public security in urban communities.This article takes the H community in Qingzhou as the research object,the community security governance as the research theme,and the network governance theory of Goldsmith and Eggs as the research framework.By adopting literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case study method,the current situation of community security governance and the relationship between various subjects are observed and analyzed,problems are found and the reasons are summarized,and reasonable solutions are proposed.The current law and order of urban communities cannot rely solely on the government,but it must fully mobilize the participation of multiple subjects,and it must establish effective liability mechanisms,increase funding and policy investment,and build community prevention systems by introducing advanced technology.The networked governance model will provide brand-new governance ideas for urban community security governance. |
