At present,"widespread Entrepreneurship and Innovation " has become a new engine of economic development under the new normal conditions.Promoting entrepreneurship and innovation for all is the most urgent requirement at the present stage of China's economic development.As the development source of high-tech industry and the gathering place of innovative and entrepreneurship talents,public space plays a vital role in the development of science and technology.However,in recent years,both the global and our country are facing the pressure of this economic situation,especially for the focus on fostering the space for start-up,small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises,facing enormous challenges.The research object of this paper is Qixia district of Nanjing.The vast majority of its creation space was established in 2015,which started relatively late in China.Due to the fact that maker space is a relatively new concept in China,there is no mature experience to draw lessons from at present.The development of maker space in Qixia district is also facing such dilemma.In the development,problems such as low platform level,unbalanced regional distribution,serious homogeneity of operation mode and uneven service level have arisen,which has made the healthy development of maker space in Qixia district.The exhibition has created some obstacles.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the development of maker space in Qixia district of Nanjing,find out the problems existing in its development,and then take effective countermeasures.On the basis of fully drawing on the maker space related theory,this paper first introduces the general situation of maker space development in Qixia district of Nanjing from the two aspects of basic situation and development characteristics,and then carries out the operation of maker space in Qixia district of Nanjing.analysis.Then,through questionnaires and interviews,we found three problems in the development of maker space in Qixia district of Nanjing,such as the construction,operation and self-supply problems,and analyzed the root causes of these problems in detail.That is,there is a lack of entrepreneurial policies,an old-fashioned construction concept,imperfect operating models,and the need for innovation support and entrepreneurship counseling are not in place.After comparing and analyzing the successful development experience and enlightenment of maker space at home and abroad,this paper proposes five aspects: perfecting relevant supporting policies,strengthening the leading role of the Science and Technology Bureau,enriching the source of funds,actively exploring the path of innovation development and improving the quality of professional services.The countermeasures for the development of the space in the Qixia district of Nanjing.The research of this paper,first of all,the case differentiation of maker space can supplement domestic related case studies,explore innovative and more perfect operation mode,and provide reference for maker space to explore sustainable profit model.Secondly,by analyzing the development of maker space in Qixia district of Nanjing,this paper can understand the current situation of maker space in Qixia district of Nanjing,explore its development model and existing problems,and build a general experience to promote Qixia district of Nanjing.And promote the rational development of maker space in Qixia district of Nanjing in the development of the city,promote urban innovation capacity and regional development;Finally,this paper conducts research on the future development mode and direction of maker space in Qixia district of Nanjing,and develops space for government,enterprises and social organizations at all levels.Research has a reference significance.
