With the promulgation of the "Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation" policy in2015,a new trend of "Public Entrepreneurship" and "Grassroots Entrepreneurship" has started in China,and new trends of "Mass Entrepreneurship" and "Everyone Innovation" have gradually taken shape.In 2017,the country issued the “Opinions on Creating a Healthy Growth Environment for Entrepreneurs,Promoting Excellent Entrepreneurship,and Better Enhancing Entrepreneurship” in a special document format,emphasizing the status and value of entrepreneurship and expressing Give entrepreneurs the spirit of entrepreneurship in order to promote the sustainable development of the economy has high hopes and attention.In addition,in order to promote the transformation of the economic development mode in 2018,the implementation of an innovation-driven development strategy has not only improved the quality of China's economic growth,but also increased its economic benefits.For the development of the entire social economy,corporate revenue is the lifeblood of the economy,innovation is the beacon that leads the development of the enterprise,and entrepreneurship is the process of innovation realization and the key to improving innovation performance.Small and micro enterprises are the carriers of innovation and entrepreneurship,accounting for more than 99% of the number of enterprises in China,providing 80% of jobs,and are an ordinary and great group.Since most entrepreneurs have worked in enterprises,they have certain management experience and knowledge skills,and they are motivated by internal demands and external factors.In the process of entrepreneurship,innovation,as the core of entrepreneurial spirit,plays an important role in promoting the development of entrepreneurial enterprises.Employee entrepreneurship has become a guarantee for entrepreneurial success,supporting entrepreneurs to gradually move forward in the entrepreneurial process Enterprise innovation performance.Therefore,innovation and entrepreneurship are the trend of the times and a powerful new driving force for economic and social development.At present,the society's attention to entrepreneurship is unprecedentedly high.Entrepreneurship has promoted China's economic growth,and gradually formed an atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship in the whole society.At the same time,economic development and continued increasing demand have also enhanced the status of entrepreneurs and further stimulated entrepreneurship.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,entrepreneurship requires new interpretations,and employee entrepreneurship is the grassroots pillar of entrepreneurship.Innovation is the main driving force for enterprise development.The multiplier effect of scientific and technological innovation is to infiltrate science into actual production in a timely manner,amplify the productivity level of each production factor,and thus improve the overall productivity level of society.Without innovation,companies will stagnate,become backward,and eventually be eliminated by the market or industry.Therefore,cultivating employee entrepreneurship,improving employee innovation behavior,achieving enterprise innovation performance,and promoting the stable development of social and economic levels have certain practical significance.Although there are thousands of literature studies on entrepreneurship at home and abroad,there are few studies on employee entrepreneurship.This article systematically analyzes employee entrepreneurship,employee innovation behavior,product R & D innovation,business model innovation,enterprise innovation performance,organizational entrepreneurial environment,personal entrepreneurial motivation and other basic concepts by reading relevant documents on entrepreneurship,The development process,dimensional structure,antecedent variables,consequence variables and moderating variables,etc.,and then establish a theoretical model for the research on the influencing factors and mechanisms of the entrepreneurial spirit of enterprise employees,and then put forward theoretical assumptions.Then,according to the variables involved in the theoretical model,the foreign mature scales were consulted and translated,combined with the research variables in this article to design a questionnaire suitable for this article,and an extensive questionnaire survey was carried out to obtain research data.This article uses SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis software to perform reliability analysis,validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,and multi-layer linear regression analysis on the data obtained by the questionnaire survey,and examines the main effect,intermediary effect,and adjustment effect.,The theoretical models and theoretical hypotheses proposed in this paper are verified one by one.Finally,this paper validates the proposed theoretical model again with the case of a unicorn company.The main conclusions drawn in this paper include:(1)Employee entrepreneurship has a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior,product R & D innovation,business model innovation,corporate innovation performance,and personal entrepreneurial motivation;(2)Personal entrepreneurial motivation is Employee entrepreneurship plays part of the intermediary role in the impact of employee innovation behavior,product R & D innovation,business model innovation,and enterprise innovation performance;(3)Organizational entrepreneurial environment has significant effects on product R & D innovation,business model innovation,and enterprise innovation performance Adjustment effect,but no significant adjustment effect on employee innovation behavior.This article also analyzes the impact of the entrepreneurial spirit of the founders on the entrepreneurial spirit of the employees,and the entrepreneurial spirit of the employees on the production of enterprise products through multiple case studies of the four enterprises of Ant Financial,Byte Dance,Alibaba Cloud and Didi Chuxing The effects of process,business model and profitability further explain the mechanism of employee entrepreneurship's impact on innovation behavior and performance.The multi-view and multi-method test the theoretical model constructed in this paper.This article has contributed to both theory and practice.Its theoretical significance lies in: it enriches the research on employee entrepreneurship and reveals the internal mechanism of employee entrepreneurship's impact on innovation behavior and performance.Its practical significance lies in: it provides a reference for enterprise managers to stimulate employee entrepreneurship,improve employee innovation behavior,and achieve enterprise innovation performance,and provides practical guidance for realizing innovation potential.
