A Study On The Impact Of Organizational Participation On The Will And Behaviors Of Migrant Workers With Impaired Rights

The Activist of migrant workers is an important content to promote the protection of migrant workers' rights and interests.The willingness is the tendency of attitude of rights activist.The behavior of defending is an important action to make substantial changes directly.With the acceleration of China's urbanization process,more and more migrant workers from rural to urban areas seeking subsistence and development have gradually become an important part of China's social communities,but the protection of migrant workers' interests has not kept pace with urbanization.In the face of impaired interests,do migrant workers remain silent or take up arms to defending their rights and interests actively,that is,what is the current status of migrant workers' rights protection? Will the desire and behaviors of defending be affected by organizational participation? And other issues need further study.This study uses the data from the 2016 survey of migrant workers conducted by the Migrant Workers Citizenship Research Group of the School of Public Administration of Hunan Normal University in Xiamen,Fujian Province,and uses Binary regression model and Interaction model to systematically analyze the organizational participation in the will and behaviors of defending rights of migrant workers with impairment.The study puts forward countermeasures aimed at promoting the participation of migrant workers' organizations and promoting the protection of migrant workers' rights and interests.The main findings of the paper include:First,it summarizes the reasons for the loss of migrant workers' interests in China,and analyzes the current situation of migrant workers' willingness and behaviors of defending.The paper first summarizes the fact that migrant workers' existing interests have been damaged and resulting rights struggle,and raises the question of whether migrant workers have difficulty in defending their rights because of lack of organizational participation.Then I took the question to consult the relevant literature,and explored whether China's academic circles are concerned about the rights protection of migrant workers with damaged interests,and whether they are concerned about the organizational participation of migrant workers.After summarizing the relevant literature,it is found that there has definite vacancy in the current research on the activist of will and behavior of migrant workers with impaired interests from the perspective of organizational participation.From this,the dissertation analyzes the status of willingness and behaviors of migrant workers' defending.Summarize the willingness and behaviors to defend rights of overall migrant workers,and then add gender,intergeneration,area and marriage perspectives to investigate whether there are differences in the willingness and behaviors among different groups of migrant workers.Second,it found the path of influence of organizational participation on the will of migrant workers with impaired interests.The experience of migrant workers' interests being damaged will promote the willingness of migrant workers to safeguard their rights significantly;the participation of social organizations will affect the willingness of migrant workers to safeguard their rights directly and significantly.And the fixed effect of participation of social organizations affecting willingness is exacerbated by the regulatory effect of damage factors;the influence of participationof political organizations on the willingness of migrant workers to maintain their rights has become significant under the regulation of the interests-damaged factors.This research will help to systematically and comprehensively analyze the impact of organizational participation on the willingness of migrant workers to protect their rights and interests,and then has a good reference for effectively promoting the protection of migrant workers' rights and interests.Third,the path of organization participation in affecting the behaviors of migrant workers with damaged interests was discovered.The experience of migrant workers 'interests being damaged will promote the occurrence of migrant workers' right-defending behaviors directly;the participation of social organizations will affect the migrant workers' right-defending behaviors directly and significantly,and the regulatory effect of the interests-damaged factors will intensify the participation of social organizations in affecting the migrant workers' behaviors of rights protection;the influence of political organization participation on migrant workers' rights protection behaviors become significant under the regulation of the interests-damaged factors.This study will help to effectively understand the impact of organizational participation on the rights protection of migrant workers with impaired interests,and it will be a good reference for guiding migrant workers to effectively defend their rights.
